Gulmarg Gondola
Gulmarg Gondola stands as the second longest and second highest cable car globally, serving as the premier attraction in Gulmarg. Operating in two phases, it efficiently transports nearly 600 individuals per hour to and from the renowned Apharwat Mountain, the hub of winter sports in Gulmarg.
In Phase 1, the Gondola transports passengers from Gulmarg Resort to Kongdoori Station (middle station), commencing at an elevation of 2,990 m and scaling a vertical rise of 400 m. With a capacity to carry 1500 people per hour, it ascends to a height of 3100 m, providing access to several beginner-friendly ski runs.
